About the Tree House About Our Sensory PathThe curriculum of the Tree House Preschool in Basking Ridge, NJ, is built upon the philosophy that children learn best through play with hands-on activities. Learning requires active participation, thinking and experimentation to see how things work firsthand.
Tree House offers a variety of half and full day classes, plus flexible options to fit your schedule including additional hours and extended mornings for half-day programs.
Half Day – 8:45 AM – 12:45 p.m. • Full Day – 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Little Acorns – Two’s Program
A secure and caring environment for 2 and 2 ½ year olds to experience play-based social and educational activities.
Three’s Program
Our 3-year-olds continue their journey with play experiences, including circle time, music, story time, arts and crafts, centers, and indoor/outdoor play.
Four’s / Fours Plus Program
Our 4-year-old program enhances self-esteem, listening skills, ability to follow directions properly prepare a child for the kindergarten experience.
Extended Hours
Do you have to attend an early morning meeting; work an irregular schedule or just need a little more help? Extended hours are here to help you.
Summer Camp
Our themed camp weeks offer your child the perfect chance to do as much as he or she wants over summer vacation.
Wee Little Arts
This groundbreaking visual arts program fosters creativity in students and encourages the development of critical thinking and motor skills.
Travelin’ Tumblers
This unique fitness program teaches the foundations of movement including tossing, jumping, kicking, balance, etc., giving children a greater fitness level and increased confidence.
Amazing Athletes
This program combines sports lessons with activities proven to build and mature a child’s motor development, hand-eye coordination, and fitness.
Science Matters
From Astronomy to Zoology, children are fully engaged throughout each lesson experiencing the scientific method through the use of multiple learning styles.
Cooking Class
This program is designed to introduce children to healthy eating and healthy cooking. Children will be exposed to kitchen safety, proper nutrition and even following simple recipes.
The Creative Curriculum provides our teachers with the necessary framework to encourage children to explore and discover the world around them as a way of learning. This enables The Tree House children to develop confidence, creativity, and lifelong critical thinking skills.
Our experienced teachers give their hearts and souls to guide and encourage children through carefully planned activities that allow them to develop at their own ideal rate.
