We are currently seeking team members for the following positions:
The Afternoon Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Center Director in ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education for all children within the center’s care during the afternoon hours (Mon-Fri, 1 to 6PM). Under the direction of the Center Director, the Afternoon Supervisor collaborates with staff to ensure that afternoon activities are properly delivered, and that the needs of the students and the goals of the center are met appropriately.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
The Classroom Teacher is responsible for working with children during the morning. The idea candidate for this position is a patient, caring, creative and flexible individual who loves working with children. The teacher is responsible for implementing the curriculum, creating/following lesson plans, and assessing the children. The Tree House is play-based preschool, so a focus on learning through play is required. Additional responsibilities include: supervising children during classroom activities, snack and recess; assisting children with bathroom needs, monitoring of student attendance, classroom management including cleaning up after snack and playtime, attending professional development classes, etc.
The Afternoon Teacher is responsible for working with children during the afternoon hours. The teaching job includes: supervising children during nap, snack and recess, assisting children with bathroom needs, monitoring of student attendance, basic classroom management including cleaning up after snack and playtime, etc.
Hours and schedule can be flexible. Looking for someone to work Mon-Fri (or a few of those days).

Tree House substitute teachers are important members of the Tree House team. The ideal substitute is someone who loves children, is kind, caring and patient and is flexible! When signing up to be a substitute, individuals are able to provide the hours when they are available to substitute with the understanding that they might not be available every day. In order to be a substitute, individuals must complete a background check.
